You can start your process either by visiting our showroom or requesting a free in-home consultation. We discuss your vision and evaluate the current layout to determine how to maximize space for your home and lifestyle. In this initial meeting you will see the endless options our designer/project managers can offer you for your budget.Even if we have not measured your space in detail we can still showcase a rough design and possible price points in this phase.
Measuring Your Space
If you choose to visit our showroom first then the next step is our designer or project manager to pay a visit to your home and measure the remodeling area in detail. We can finesse some details and talk more about your vision and lifestyle in this phase as well. We will record every detail of the space that can be a potential challenge during the implementation phase.
Design and Virtual Reality 3D Presentation
After understanding your vision and measuring the space we will create the kitchen design and plan layout. We are using cutting edge technology to create a realistic model of your new kitchen and present different cabinet, tile, countertop options in real time. We will focus on the functionality of your kitchen to serve your current and future needs.
Material Selection and Initial Estimate
This is probably the most exciting and fun part of our process-choosing the materials. At our kitchen and bathroom showroom you can see examples of remodeled kitchens, trending cabinet, tile and countertop samples, and some unique features that you only see in HGTV shows. We will help you to select the right material combination for your style and budget. After this phase our designer will discuss the initial estimate of the project as well.
Project Timeline and Schedule
By this phase we will make final modifications on your design and budget. After receiving all materials we will create a full project timeline and schedule down to the small tasks and details. This detailed plan will allow you what to expect and when. At Wayne’s Home Kitchen, Bathroom and Design, we will make sure that you are comfortable and happy with the design, budget, timeline and then comes the D-Day!
Execution or Roll Up The Sleeves
Your designated Project Manager is trained to make sure you are well informed on the progress of remodeling your dream kitchen starting from the demolition to construction to installation. We will take every measure to clean up every day so you can still enjoy your home.
